Many individuals struggle with persistent symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, weight resistance, hormonal changes, blood sugar instability, chronic inflammation, and, for some, digestive discomfort. These challenges often stem from complex interactions between metabolism, hormones, thyroid function, lifestyle factors, and inflammatory load—rather than a single isolated issue.

When key systems that regulate energy, body composition, and recovery become dysregulated—particularly during perimenopause and menopause—clients may experience difficulty losing fat, loss of lean muscle, low energy, disrupted sleep, mood changes, hair thinning, dry skin, aches and pains, or stalled progress despite consistent effort. Digestive health and nutrient absorption can play a role for some individuals, but they are only one piece of a broader physiological picture.

I take an integrative, root-cause approach that evaluates how hormones, thyroid function, blood sugar regulation, inflammation, gut health, and lifestyle factors interact to drive symptoms and limit progress. Clients come to me seeking meaningful improvements in body composition, metabolic flexibility, energy, and overall resilience—not just temporary symptom relief.

My process begins with a comprehensive Nutrition & Lifestyle Questionnaire and an Integrative, Functional Symptom-Based Assessment. These tools allow me to identify patterns across diet, exercise, stress, sleep, hormone-related symptoms, metabolic function, and inflammation. From there, I develop a personalized strategy that may include targeted nutrition, exercise programming, lifestyle interventions, supplementation, and peptide support when appropriate—designed to restore balance, preserve lean mass, improve metabolic health, and help clients feel strong, clear, and in control of their health again.

I am a coach that is always going to put your wants and needs first in designing an action plan. The plan also needs to be realistic and something you can stick with long-term. I'm also going to work with you to first try to make realistic changes to diet and lifestyle before adding in supplements and medications. I believe in a food-first model of care and will only recommend supplements if deemed essential to health and healing. Medications in my opinion are an absolute last resort. it's amazing how the body can heal itself and wants to if we learn to listen to what it is trying to tell us.

Recurring Weekly, Bimonthly or Monthly. Support provided around gut health, hormonal balance, blood sugar and cholesterol management, etc.

Nutritionist

Functional Approach to Weight Loss Resistance Program

Membership based program. Addresses common barriers to weight loss including thyroid, sex and adrenal hormone imbalances and poor gut health and/or systemic inflammation. Provides guidance around nutrition periodization techniques, calorie and macronutrients and specific strategies for your hormonal type.
